Shipping & Returns


We can ship to any address in the United States.  All orders are processed upon receipt and are shipped to you within 1-2 business days.  Please call or email if you need to confirm that your order will ship complete.  If an item is out of stock, kindly check with your sales representative for delivery information of the product. 

Returns / Exchange Policy

At Distinct Las Olas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Upon receipt of goods, please check your merchandise against your Invoice. If you did not receive an Invoice with your shipment, please contact us at (305) 640-0400 or email your sales rep, and we will gladly email or fax a copy of your Invoice to you. All claims for shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please inspect all goods before re-labeling, printing, or decorating. If you need to return an item, contact us with your Invoice number and details about the product you would like to return.  All authorized returns and exchanges must be made within seven days upon receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight and COD charges.

To expedite the return process and to ensure appropriate credit is applied to your account, please note the following: 

- A Return Authorization # must be obtained from us prior to returning merchandise.  No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization. 

- All items must be returned as shipped to you, that is:

  • Items must be returned in the original poly bag.   
  • Items must be returned with the original label and tags. 

 - We cannot accept returns on any altered garments such as: re-labeled, decorated, printed, or washed garments, under any circumstances

- Any items damaged not due to factory error will not be credited.

- Any custom-made orders are not returnable or refundable. Examples of custom-made orders are, but not limited to, special order custom designs, decorated garments, or sublimated garments.

- No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of invoice.  

- Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.

- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sample orders.

- Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
