We do not offer an applique catalog. Please review the website for all products available.
Are there minimums?
No, however prices vary based on quantity ordered. We have sample, half-a-dozen, dozen, and case pricing:
For appliques, minimums are 6 pcs per style.
How do I set-up a wholesale account?
In order to purchase from us, you must have a state issued Re-Sale Certificate. Please fill out the New Customer Form under Forms and please email us the form and copy of your re-sale certificate at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax it to us at (305) 685-2988 or (305) 640-0462. We will contact you within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your fax or email. If you do not hear from us, please call us at (800) 332-6833.

At this time we are not accepting custom orders on garments. However, we have an extensive line of styles and colors. Please review our website for all items and color details.
